Inner Landscape
250 RONSome places are not found on any map. And yet, we inhabit them every day.
Within us there are forests where we can get lost, roads that seem to lead somewhere, mountains to cross, waters that separate, and vast expanses where we can choose our own direction. Sometimes we need an image in order to understand what is difficult to put into words.
Inner Landscape is a set of 54 projective cards that transforms landscapes into metaphors for the inner world. Light and shadow, roads and obstacles, open spaces and places that are difficult to cross become starting points for exploring emotions, thoughts, resources, and blocks.
Each card can open conversations about:
- emotional states and inner experiences
- resources, obstacles, and blocks
- where you are and where you are heading
- change, choices, and possibilities
In practice, Inner Landscape can facilitate:
- expressing difficult experiences through metaphor
- exploring personal resources and challenges
- building symbolic paths between present and future
- introspection and reconnection with the self
- expressive writing and creative processes
It can be used in:
- individual psychotherapy
- group therapy
- personal development
- coaching and creative processes
- individual exploration
54 illustrated cards.
Countless inner territories.
Sometimes, to discover where you are, you first need a landscape in which you can recognize yourself.
