My Sexuality Has a Voice
350 RONSome things are difficult to say. Especially when we have learned they should be kept silent.
Sexuality can bring desire and curiosity, but also shame, fear, pressure, boundaries, questions, or secrets that have never been put into words. The way we relate to the body, pleasure, and intimacy tells a story about us, our relationships, and the messages we have received throughout life.
My Sexuality Has a Voice is a set of 50 projective cards created for exploring sexuality in a nonjudgmental reflective space. The images open five territories: body and perception, desire and fantasy, boundaries and consent, sexuality and relationships, shame and norms.
Each card can open conversations about:
- body, self-image, and vulnerability
- desire, pleasure, fantasy, and curiosity
- boundaries, consent, and safety
- intimacy, relationships, and communication
- shame, norms, and the freedom to be authentic
In practice, My Sexuality Has a Voice can facilitate:
- expressing experiences that are difficult to put into words
- exploring personal desires, boundaries, and needs
- identifying shame, pressure, and internalized messages
- opening dialogue about sexuality in individual or couples therapy
- building a personal language for one's own sexuality
It can be used in:
- individual psychotherapy
- couples therapy
- psychological counseling
- group therapy
- individual exploration
50 illustrated cards.
An invitation to listen to what has remained unspoken.
Because sexuality has a voice. Sometimes the first thing it needs is a space where it can be heard.
